Our overall approach is to follow the guidance issued by Public Health England (PHE), which can be found using the following link: Coronavirus (COVID-19): guidance. We can assist you through remote working. We already we handle the majority of our cases remotely each year without the need for clients to visit our offices. However our staff are now working from home, using secure online systems to conduct business by phone and email. There is also a daily but limited office presence so any telephone messages or mail sent to the office will be processed daily. There may be some disruption to service however we will endeavour to respond to any enquires within 2 working days.
Alternatively you can contact your legal caseworker directly via their email. We are currently not seeing clients at our offices or face to face We have the skills and expertise to work remotely and can offer advice appointments over the telephone . We can take also your initial instructions and progress your case over the telephone.
Many applications and submissions to court can be made without the need to visit a solicitor’s office. Our legal experts can complete the application forms over the telephone with you and submit it on your behalf.
We lead busy lives and many people are choosing to appoint a solicitor/legal advisor who can handle their affairs without the need to see them face to face. This is particularly useful in during the current COVID 19 crisis.
